Shipping

Shipping

We currently only offer shipping to U.S.  based customers through USPS based on package weight and destination. 

First Class Mail: 1-5 days

First Class Package (smaller packages): 1-3 days

Priority Mail: 1-3 days

Orders will be fulfilled within 3-4 business days after order placement to ensure quick delivery. Tracking will be provided for all shipments.

International Shipping

We are currently offering international shipping  options to select countries. Shipping prices are calculated based on weight, dimensions and location.

If your country is not listed, please send an email to rufufbooks@gmail.com or fill out contact form here so Rufuf can add it to the list. 

Please note: Rufuf Books is not responsible for customs, duties or tax fees incurred on shipments outside the US. By completing checkout, each customer agrees to pay any customs duties and/or taxes that may be applied by international authorities. If any customer refuses to accept the package and it is returned to Rufuf Boooks, the shipping fees as well as any other charges applied will be deducted from any requested refund.

Local Pickup

Tampa, Florida

We currently offer local pickup for customers residing in the Tampa area in Florida. If you would like to pickup your order, make sure to select Local Pickup during checkout. Once your order is ready, we will email you to schedule a time for pickup.

  • If you’ve received an incorrect item or a damaged product, please email rufufbooks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days. Return shipping costs will be covered by Rufuf Bookstore.

  • Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order if you would like a full refund or exchange. Any product you return must be in the condition you received it. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. To return a product, please email rufufbooks@gmail.com for a return merchandise authorization.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please be sure to photograph the package in the condition it was received and reach out to us as soon as possible but no later than 5 days after receipt so we can file a claim with the shipping service. We secure all our products but cannot control damage that occurs during the shipping process.
